The painting is on a round mirror to encourage the individual to reflect on which side they tend to dwell in. The positivity side is breaking through the bars and restrictions. You speak words of life and prosperity - you’ll go far. The other hand is trapped in the bars alone with its hate surrounding it. I have struggled with being kind to myself, and I noticed it would affect how I think about others. I’m actively changing that and choosing to be kind to myself so that I can be a better person to friends, family, and strangers!
